About The Position

Maini Consulting is seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Pre-sales and Solutions Manager to lead Oracle SCM Cloud solutioning and presales initiatives. This client-facing leadership role calls for deep SCM domain expertise, strategic thinking, and strong relationship management. The role shapes and delivers Oracle SCM Cloud solutions aligned with clients’ supply chain transformation goals, collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams to translate client requirements into scalable, innovative, business-driven solutions.

The position leads presales engagements across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules, designs end-to-end solutions, and engages with supply chain and technology leaders to understand their objectives and challenges. It also leads discovery workshops and value assessments, manages SCM responses to RFPs and RFIs, collaborates with internal and Oracle teams, and provides advisory oversight during early implementation phases to support delivery continuity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solution architecture, implementation, and/or presales roles.
• Proven experience leading large-scale SCM transformation and presales engagements.
• Deep functional knowledge across Oracle SCM Cloud modules, including Procurement and Self-Service Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Logistics and Transportation Management, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM).
• Ability to articulate ROI and TCO for Oracle ERP Cloud transformations.
• Ability to engage business and IT stakeholders in value-driven conversations about finance and operational transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional, global teams in complex sales and solutioning environments.
• Strong customer focus and executive presence.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to business and technical audiences.

Nice To Haves

• Oracle Cloud certifications.
• Experience in multi-pillar Oracle Cloud deals, such as ERP plus SCM or ERP plus EPM.
• Familiarity with industry-specific needs, such as manufacturing, public sector, higher education, or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales engagements across Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud modules, including Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Management.
• Deliver product demonstrations, solution presentations, and executive briefings tailored to client business needs.
• Design end-to-end Oracle Fusion SCM Cloud solutions aligned with client operations and supply chain transformation initiatives.
• Ensure proposed solutions follow industry best practices, scalability standards, and process optimization frameworks.
• Collaborate with supply chain leaders, CIOs, procurement heads, operations leaders, and other business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and operational challenges.
• Translate supply chain and operational requirements into cloud-enabled SCM solutions with measurable business outcomes.
• Work with internal sales, delivery, offshore teams, and Oracle solution consultants to develop winning strategies and aligned solution approaches.
• Support the transition from presales to implementation teams to maintain delivery continuity and customer satisfaction.
• Lead discovery workshops, roadmap discussions, and value assessment sessions to position Oracle SCM Cloud as a transformation platform.
• Stay current with Oracle SCM product innovations, AI-driven automation, analytics, and supply chain optimization capabilities.
• Own SCM solution strategy and responses for RFPs, RFIs, and client proposals.
• Develop solution narratives highlighting operational efficiencies, cost optimization, and business value.
• Provide advisory oversight during early implementation phases to ensure proposed and delivered solutions remain aligned.
• Support project teams and act as a trusted advisor for strategic SCM accounts.
