About The Position

Some of our key near-shore BPO services include: smart-sourcing, dedicated or cluster teams, managed IT services, software outsourcing, and top ERP & CRM solutions—driven by our practices across many industries, including Higher Education. We are currently looking for a Oracle Project Manager, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on Oracle ERP implementations (Cloud or EBS).
  • Proven track record of delivering complex Oracle projects successfully.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
  • Experience with project management methodologies ( Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
  • Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, JIRA, or similar).
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of risk management, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
  • Must have experience working for US clients

Nice To Haves

  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle implementation and enhancement projects (ERP Cloud or EBS).
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, including functional consultants, technical developers, QA, and business stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, provide project updates, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Oversee change management processes and ensure proper documentation of changes.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards, governance frameworks, and Oracle implementation methodologies.
  • Support post-go-live activities, including stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
