About The Position

The Oracle Project Manager leads end-to-end cloud implementations and enhancements (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM), managing project plans, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication to deliver systems related IT projects on time. The role will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of an Oracle Fusion Cloud program and multiple project deliveries. Key job responsibilities include coordinating the Oracle Fusion program roadmap, leading end-to-end cloud implementations and enhancements (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM), managing project plans, budgets, risk, and stakeholder communication to deliver systems related IT projects on time. Acting as the central point of coordination for stakeholders, the Project Manager drives governance, issue resolution, change management, and cutover readiness, ensuring a smooth implementation and adoption of Oracle Cloud functionality.

Requirements

Experience leading end-to-end cloud implementations and enhancements (ERP, HCM, SCM, EPM).
Experience managing project plans, budgets, and risk.
Experience with stakeholder communication.
Experience delivering IT projects on time.
Experience coordinating program roadmaps.
Experience driving governance, issue resolution, change management, and cutover readiness.
