What You’ll Be Doing Full Personnel Management: Directing the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, hiring, performance reviews, salary administration, and career development for professional staff and supervisors. Strategic Departmental Planning: Accountable for team results, budget administration, and the adaptation of departmental plans to meet resource or operational challenges. Systems Analysis & Design: Overseeing system health and performance through data analysis, data modeling, program specifications, and hardware/software assessments. Business Relationship Management: Serving as the primary client contact to define, prioritize, and translate business requirements into technical goals. Technical & Project Oversight: Providing expert guidance and managing complex projects from initial estimation to final execution. Cross-Functional Problem Solving: Addressing broad operational issues that impact other disciplines beyond the immediate team.

Requirements

  • +10 years of working experience.
  • Experience with Oracle Order Capture, Fulfillment & Supply Chain modules
  • Experience Oracle Release R12.
  • Experience in Product tools like Jira and Service Now
  • Experience as Technology/People Manager of small/medium teams.

Nice To Haves

  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certifications desired
