About The Position

ZipStaff is hiring an Oracle Product Ops Manager / Technical Manager for a client that is a global IT services and consulting firm. This 100% remote role leads technical delivery across Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP Financials), Oracle EPM Cloud, and FDI reporting. The position works closely with technical leads, senior developers, and business stakeholders while providing hands-on guidance on critical solution decisions.

Requirements

14+ years of overall IT experience, including substantial experience in Oracle enterprise applications and technical delivery.
Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, preferably ERP Financials (Oracle SaaS - Finance).
Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI reports.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical topics to technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership for Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP Financials), Oracle EPM Cloud, and FDI initiatives.
Work with technical leads and senior developers while remaining hands-on in critical solution decisions.
Partner with business leaders, functional SMEs, architects, vendors, and client stakeholders.
Troubleshoot complex cross-application and integration issues.
Evaluate technical approaches based on scalability, maintainability, cost, and delivery timelines.
Mentor team members and improve overall delivery quality.
