About The Position

This role provides technical leadership and delivery support for Oracle enterprise applications, with a focus on Oracle SaaS Finance. The position calls for substantial experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, preferably ERP Financials and related technical components, as well as knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI reports. The manager remains technically involved in critical solution decisions while working with technical leads, senior developers, business and functional stakeholders, architects, vendors, and clients.

Requirements

• 14 years of overall IT experience.
• Substantial experience with Oracle enterprise applications and technical delivery.
• Strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, preferably ERP Financials and associated technical components.
• Knowledge of Oracle EPM Cloud and FDI reports.
• Ability to work with technical leads and senior developers while remaining technically involved in critical solution decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills for cross-application and integration issues.
• Ability to make practical technical decisions considering scalability, maintainability, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Ability to coach team members and develop team technical capability.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for Oracle enterprise application delivery.
• Work with technical leads and senior developers while contributing to critical solution decisions.
• Explain complex technical topics to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Troubleshoot complex cross-application and integration issues.
• Evaluate technical approaches based on scalability, maintainability, cost, and delivery timelines.
• Coach team members, build technical capability, and improve delivery quality.
• Manage stakeholder interactions with business leaders, functional SMEs, architects, vendors, and client stakeholders.
