Requirements

  • Minimum of 6 years experience working with Oracle Applications
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Project Management Cloud (Project Financial Management: Project Foundation, Project Costing, Project Control, Project Billing, and Enterprise Contracts for Project Billing, Project Execution Management: Project Management, Project Resource Management, Task Management)
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project
  • Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years’ work experience). If Associate’s Degree, must have equivalent (minimum 6-year working experience).

Nice To Haves

  • Oracle Project Management Cloud Certification
  • Support the delivery team with expertise in Oracle ERP Cloud product suite, and by providing implementation support, bug fixes, and customer support.
  • Have good Cross-Functional exposure to Finance and other modules

Responsibilities

  • Facilitates design workshops with business stakeholders to understand business requirements, demonstrating understanding of business needs and recommending robust designs.
  • Contributes to large-scale, global work streams requiring specific knowledge of Oracle.
  • Works with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out PPM solution offerings powered by Oracle Cloud.
  • Leads teams to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Project Management solutions, ensuring integrated functionality.
  • Understands Oracle Cloud Projects data model conversions and advises business teams on conversion strategies.
  • Guides testing cycles teams and performs cutover activities for go-live preparation.
  • Plans and organizes tasks and reports progress on track/deliverables.
  • Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs and client requirements.
