About The Position

As an Oracle Cloud Finance PPM/AHCS - Senior Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for various business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role, you will specialize in using and managing the Oracle Financials software, an integrated financial management system. You will be responsible for configuring, implementing, and maintaining the Oracle Finance system within our Technology Consulting practice. This position offers the chance to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while using a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 2 years of experience

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Economics, Business Administration/Management, Management Information Systems
  • Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Financials and Oracle General Ledger
