About The Position

Wipro Limited is a technology services and consulting company focused on digital transformation. The Oracle O2C Functional Consultant will support Oracle ERP operations and enhancements, resolving production support issues and responding to client queries about day-to-day functionality. The role guides business users on core product capabilities and helps them complete regular business tasks in Oracle ERP. It also interfaces with the ERP project team to deliver feature enhancements and other project deliverables. The position requires strong functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Apps SCM, customer-focused communication, and flexibility to travel and work shifts as needed. R12 knowledge is required. The role is listed as remote in Itasca, Illinois.

Requirements

7–10 years of hands-on experience in Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, iSupplier, iProcurement, and BOM/WIP.
Experience with one or two full-cycle implementations.
Hands-on experience with support and integration projects.
Good experience with P2P and O2C cycles.
Strong functional and technical experience on the key product line.
Excellent communication skills and a strong focus on customer satisfaction in a product support environment.
Flexibility to travel and work shifts as needed.
Familiarity with tables and AOL objects related to the area.
R12 knowledge.
Strong configuration and design skills.
Mandatory skill: Oracle Apps SCM Functional.
