About The Position
Xlysi LLC is seeking an experienced Oracle Identity Manager Developer to serve as a subject matter expert for Oracle Identity Manager related processes such as recertification, RBAC, and access requests. The role involves analyzing and understanding requirements, designing and developing certification, access request, and RBAC processes and flows, and implementing OIM APIs and workflows. This position will also handle application integrations, design role mining and provisioning workflows, and guide application development teams on OIM, SailPoint, and ISIM APIs and database models for extracting object-level certification data. The developer will also be responsible for updating and writing back changes, and working with HR data. The role requires excellent client-facing and presentation skills, the ability to work under fluid SLAs and timelines, and strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience with Oracle Identity Manager projects
- Minimum 6+ years as OIM Java developer
- Oracle Identity Manager (Must Have)
- Java, J2EE (Must Have)
- AD, LDAP, Directories and Databases/SQL (Must Have)
- 6+ years Oracle Identity Manager developer experience in: MI Provisioning/Deprovisioning, Recertification, RBAC, Application Integrations
- In-depth understanding of Oracle Identity Manager components, services and dependencies
- In-depth knowledge of Identity Governance, Joiner-Mover-Leaver, Certification, RBAC processes in IGA domain
- Hands-on experience with application integrations, configurations, workflows and policies in OIM for IGA, RBAC
- Hands-on experience developing OIM Java/J2EE APIs and data model in OIM database to extract data and invoke actions
- Unix/PowerShell/Python scripting and full stack and development experience working with OIM
- Skilled in troubleshooting with attention to details
- Skilled in coordinating and communicating with other teams to manage dependencies on other teams and stakeholders
- Skilled in anticipating problems and roadblocks and effectively communicating with leadership
- Excellent client-facing and presentation skills
- Ability to work under fluid SLA and timelines
