As the Senior Solution Advisor - Scheduling, you will be a critical subject matter expert and trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the client’s scheduling needs and the capabilities of the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EHR. You will guide stakeholders through complex workflow transformations, driving the successful design, build, and adoption ensuring the new system enhances diagnostic accuracy and operational efficiency. This role is focused on strategic consulting, detailed workflow design, change management, and achieving tangible clinical and operational outcomes. Your role will involve close collaboration with key stakeholders. This position offers the flexibility of virtual work, though it is based in Washington, DC.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Direct, hands-on experience with the Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium platform with specific expertise in scheduling
  • Expertise in the Oracle Health Revenue Cycle Scheduling solution with experience in building out resources, roles, appointment types, slots and accept format
  • Experience with of insurance verification and financial clearance workflows
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in dynamic, cross-functional environments
  • Must be a United States Citizen
  • Candidates must comply with applicable client requirements, such as immunization and occupational health mandates
  • Willingness to travel to client sites 25% of the time and perform remote work as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working within the DoD, Veteran’s Health Administration (VHA) or Military Hospital System (MHS) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with healthcare clients and other stakeholders to ensure the effective use of their Oracle Health’s Cerner system
  • Collaborate with a team of consulting professionals to deliver technical solutions to our healthcare clients, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals and regulatory requirements
  • Provide insights on Oracle Health’s Cerner system workflows, upgrades, system changes and ongoing maintenance while identifying opportunities for system optimization and enhancements
  • Facilitate meetings effectively and efficiently to stakeholders of all levels through the development of clear agendas and objectives, documenting notes and ensuring follow-ups are tracked and completed
