About The Position

Accenture is seeking an Oracle HCM Talent Management Lead to design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management solutions. This role involves working closely with client teams to gather and synthesize requirements, facilitating design workshops, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize HR processes within Oracle HCM. The lead will provide expertise in translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks, create functional and technical design documents, and support testing and cutover activities. Travel may be required for this role, varying from 0 to 100% based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Certified in Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management
  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM with emphasis on Talent Management
  • Minimum of 2 full life-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)
  • Applicants for employment in the US must have work authorization that does not now or in the future require sponsorship of a visa for employment authorization in the United States.

  • Experience across Oracle HCM Core HR, Learning, or Recruiting
  • Experience implementing Redwood Pages and using VBS

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Talent Management.
  • Work with Client teams to gather and synthesize functional and technical requirements.
  • Facilitate design workshops for End-to-End Talent Management processes with business stakeholders to understand business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design based on Oracle functionality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to configure and optimize upstream and downstream HR processes within Oracle HCM, including conversions, integrations, reports, etc.
  • Provide expertise and guidance, translating requirements into detailed configuration tasks including Page Personalization, Security, Approval Workflows, Validation Rules, etc.
  • Create functional and technical design documents.
  • Support the planning and execution of testing cycles, as well as perform cutover activities as required for go-live preparation.
  • Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables.
