We are seeking a hands-on experienced Oracle HCM implementation solution architect with expertise in Core HR, Recruit, Absence Management, OTL, and Payroll. The role requires a strong emphasis on solution design and the ability to develop innovative solutions for complex business problems. Experience with Payroll is considered an added advantage. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in setting up and configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules, including VBS Personalizations and Oracle Redwood UI. A solid understanding of annual business cycles and how to configure them is essential. Experience across a majority of HCM Cloud Modules such as Core HR, Compensation, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, and Time and Labor is desired. Techno-functional expertise in these modules will be preferred. The role involves documenting requirements and functional specifications for system enhancements and regulatory changes, as well as query writing, data validation, and analysis. Experience in writing use cases, test cases, and test scripts for various SDLC test phases, including FIT/SIT, UAT, regression, performance, and DR testing, is required. Experience with Jira is a plus. The candidate will lead functional reviews with business partners, including facilitation, problem negotiation, and mediation. Familiarity with agile methodology is a plus, though an understanding of the waterfall software development lifecycle is necessary. This position requires 15 years of experience as a Business/Applications or System Analyst supporting Oracle HCM Cloud modules, with end-to-end accountability and ownership of HCM Modules.
