About The Position

KAYGEN is seeking an Oracle HCM Payroll Consultant with software development experience. This role involves gathering and mapping requirements, analyzing, and creating design documents for application changes in Oracle Fusion. The consultant will implement new business processes in Oracle HCM Cloud, focusing on Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits modules. They will collaborate with management and business partners to prioritize and implement application enhancements, lead user sessions for requirements and testing (UAT), and create test plans and scripts. The position also requires providing global support for HRIS applications, resolving issues, and collaborating on system improvements. Additionally, the consultant will create and maintain system documentation, reports, and assist with user training and issue resolution. Experience with GAP Analysis, Functional Architecture, CRP, Solution Design, Unit Testing, UAT, and User Training is essential.

Requirements

  • Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field (will accept a Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of progressive post baccalaureate experience in lieu of Masters)
  • 2 years experience (or 2 years experience as Project Manager, Systems Analyst, or related occupation)
  • 2 years experience gathering and mapping requirements, and working with GAP Analysis, Functional Architecture, CRP (Conference Room Piloting), Solution Design, Unit Testing, UAT, User Training.
  • Must be willing to travel (10-15%) within the US to unanticipated locations on short notice for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities
