This role will be part of the IT team responsible for maintaining and supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM applications, with a primary focus on Payroll, Benefits, and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The role will serve as a strategic liaison between business users, the implementation vendor, Oracle, and technical teams. Responsibilities include configuring systems, designing solutions, and providing ongoing support to ensure effective and streamlined use of the Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM suite. The position will also be responsible for evaluating quarterly Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM releases, assessing business and technical impacts, and coordinating required testing and validation activities with business stakeholders. We are seeking a candidate with an in-depth understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly Payroll, Benefits, and OTL, along with experience in ERP implementations and long-term application support.
