About The Position
Lead Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation and enhancement projects. Conduct requirement gathering and fit-gap workshops with business users. Configure recruiting business processes, requisitions, candidate selection workflows, and approval hierarchies. Design and configure career sites, branding, and candidate application processes. Configure job requisitions, questionnaires, assessments, interview scheduling, and offer management. Define recruiting roles, security profiles, and data access controls. Support integrations with third-party job boards, background verification systems, and HR applications. Manage recruiting lifecycle from requisition creation through onboarding handoff. Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment. Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post-go-live support.
