About The Position

CTG is seeking to fill an Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Solution Consultant position for our client. This is a remote, 10-month contract role. The consultant will lead Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations from discovery through hypercare, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, data migration, cutover, and parallel payroll testing. Responsibilities include configuring payroll elements, balances, Fast Formulas, costing, payment methods, and legislative requirements, as well as integrating Payroll with Global HR, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Benefits, Compensation, and Financials/General Ledger. The role also involves leading client workshops, translating business requirements into effective Oracle HCM solutions, providing status updates, identifying risks, and advising clients on Oracle HCM best practices and process improvements.

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud HCM Payroll.
• Experience with payroll business processes, legislative compliance, integrations, testing, and client workshops.
• Strong consulting, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

• Full lifecycle Oracle HCM implementation experience preferred.
