CACI is seeking an Oracle HCM Change Management and Training Specialist to lead organizational change management and user adoption efforts for a large-scale federal HCM modernization program. Deploying Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM across multiple federal agencies serving federal civilian employees is not just a technology challenge — it is a people challenge. Every agency has its own culture, its own HR workflows, and its own stakeholders who must understand, accept, and ultimately champion the new system. You will apply structured change management methodologies such as Prosci ADKAR to develop and execute agency-specific change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, communications campaigns, training programs, and readiness assessments. From initial awareness through full adoption and sustainment, you will be the driving force that ensures this modernization is not just implemented but truly embraced.
