BASIC PURPOSE: The Oracle ERP Training and Change Management Lead is responsible for leading end-to-end training enablement and organizational change management (OCM) initiatives for Oracle ERP programs, and ensures business readiness, user adoption, and successful transition through structured change, communication, stakeholder engagement, and role-based training across implementation phases.
