About The Position

Requirements

10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM Functional Consulting.
Strong expertise in Performance Management within Oracle Fusion HCM.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in configuring and customizing HCM solutions.
Experience in gathering and documenting client requirements.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, IT, or a related field preferred.
