Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management Specialist
About The Position
MANTECH International Corporation is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Oracle Fusion Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Specialist for a future opportunity. This is a REMOTE position. The role involves designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced Oracle Fusion EPM modules for strategic budgeting, forecasting, period-close processing, and narrative reporting. The specialist will configure complex multidimensional data models to support executive-level long-term scenario planning and profitability analysis, and integrate the Oracle EPM suite with ERP Core Ledger and supply chain modules for real-time data flows. Responsibilities also include designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Projects and budgeting landscapes, enabling automated accounting entries back to the ERP General Ledger, facilitating capital allocation workflows, and accelerating enterprise regulatory and internal filing capabilities. The role requires close collaboration with finance, supply chain, and program leadership to continuously improve performance management platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 12+ years of experience in enterprise financial systems, specializing as an architect on Oracle EPM/Hyperion implementations.
- Proven capability designing multidimensional database structures, data models, and long-term planning scenarios.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience configuring Oracle Projects, EPM Budgeting, and mapping downstream integrations to ERP General Ledger accounting flows.
- Deep technical and functional understanding of EPM integrations with Core Ledgers and Supply Chain management data streams.
- Must be a US citizen with ability to obtain a Top Secret with polygraph security clearance.

- Experience operating within a Federal government contracting environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey highly technical multidimensional model structures to non-technical executive leadership.
Responsibilities

- Tightly integrating the Oracle EPM suite with the ERP Core Ledger (General Ledger) and supply chain modules to enable real-time transactional data flows.
- Designing, configuring, and optimizing Oracle Projects and budgeting configuration landscapes, facilitating seamless automated accounting entries back to the ERP General Ledger.
- Enabling highly responsive capital allocation workflows and significantly accelerating enterprise regulatory and internal filing capabilities.
- Collaborating closely with finance, supply chain, and program leadership to continuously improve performance management platforms.
