Oracle Fusion Fleet Management Consultant
About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Fleet Management Consultant with expertise in fleet operations, equipment management, asset lifecycle management, equipment costing, and project cost integration. This is an onsite role in Miami, Florida, for a contract lasting 6–12+ months. The consultant will lead the design and implementation of fleet and equipment management processes, configure equipment lifecycle and maintenance processes, and develop equipment profitability, cost recovery, and chargeback models. The role also integrates equipment operations with Oracle Fusion PPM for project costing, billing, and profitability reporting, coordinates integrations with related fleet systems, and develops dashboards and reports using Oracle analytics tools.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Fleet Management, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), or Equipment Management.
- At least 2 full lifecycle Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Fixed Assets, Project Portfolio Management (PPM), SCM, Oracle Field Service, Cost Management, and Inventory Management.
- Experience in Engineering & Construction, EPC, Utilities, Telecom, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure, or Heavy Equipment Operations.
- Expertise in equipment utilization, fleet maintenance, asset lifecycle management, equipment P&L, rental/lease management, and cost recovery.
- Strong understanding of project costing, profitability, asset accounting, capitalization, depreciation, cost allocation, equipment chargebacks, and General Ledger (GL) impact analysis.
- Experience with equipment master data, configuration, and migration from legacy systems.
Nice To Haves
- Oracle Fusion Cloud Certification.
- Experience implementing equipment costing and project integration models.
- Familiarity with telematics platforms such as Caterpillar VisionLink, Verizon Connect, Geotab, or Samsara.
- Experience in EPC, utility construction, or infrastructure projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead fleet and equipment management process design and implementation.
- Configure equipment lifecycle, preventive and predictive maintenance, utilization, and asset accounting processes.
- Develop equipment P&L, profitability, cost recovery, and chargeback models.
- Integrate equipment operations with Oracle Fusion PPM for usage-based and time-based project costing, billing, and profitability reporting.
- Coordinate integrations with telematics, GPS, fuel management, maintenance, and rental management systems.
- Develop dashboards and reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI), and Oracle Analytics.
