About The Position

This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end design and hands-on development of complex Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions, helping the client optimize business processes and resolve a high volume of technical issues within their Oracle Cloud ecosystem.

Requirements

10+ years of progressively responsible experience in ERP functional and technical roles.
6+ years of hands-on implementation and support experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/GTM and EPM.
Proven experience designing, building, or architecting complex technical solutions within the Fusion framework using tools such as AI Agent Studio, BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
Deep understanding of integration technology, including proven experience designing robust interfaces using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for shop floor and warehouse systems.
Experience establishing technical standards and governing system changes in a live production environment.
Demonstrated AI development experience, specifically hands-on development work within AI tools and frameworks (not limited to general AI tool usage).

Nice To Haves

Experience in an organization transitioning to the Oracle Cloud Ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with Oracle PaaS tools beyond core Fusion development.
Experience setting up or using CI/CD tools such as FlexDeploy.
Third-party supporting software experience, including tools such as Avalara, Kyriba, or Zip.
Background in the Data Center Infrastructure industry.
Relevant Oracle Cloud professional or functional certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle for major enterprise enhancements, providing technical oversight to ensure solutions are robust, scalable, and aligned with business requirements.
Own hands-on development of critical, high-impact technical modules, prioritizing clean, maintainable, and high-performance code across the Oracle Fusion environment.
Drive design and development of complex technical solutions, including Extensions, Interfaces, and Customizations, using BI Publisher, Groovy scripting, APEX, VBCS, ATP, or PaaS extensions.
Serve as the primary escalation point for P1/P2 operational incidents, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent technical resolutions across system code and configuration.
Lead performance tuning initiatives for critical ESS batch jobs and high-volume transactional interfaces in partnership with OIC/OPA resources.
Establish technical standards, coding best practices, and quality gates for all development work across the team.
Resolve a high volume of open tickets related to Oracle Integration Cloud and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP configuration and functionality.
