About The Position

Seeking a Financial Technology Manager (Finance Oracle Fusion Consultant) to sit within the IT organization and serve as the key liaison between IT and Finance. This role is a newly created role tied to the ERP transformation, transitioning from SAP to Oracle Fusion (Finance modules). The ideal candidate will be a dedicated leader to be the primary bridge between IT and Finance during that transformation, someone who can translate finance needs into technical solutions, manage expectations, and keep the implementation moving. This is a true techno-functional leader role, deep in Oracle and functional finance partnership.

Requirements

• Oracle Fusion Financial Modules experience (at least 3 years)
• Completed at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation (specifically within the finance modules)
• Strong techno-functional capability (technical enough to work with IT/integrations/partners and functional enough to partner with Finance leadership)
• 3+ years of team leadership experience (coach, mentor, help teams)
• Thick skin; ability to professionally push back when needed
• Strong communication skills and executive presence
• Ability to partner with both IT and Finance stakeholders
• Ability to set expectations clearly on feasibility within the system

Nice To Haves

• SAP to Oracle Fusion transition experience

Responsibilities

• Serve as the key liaison between IT and Finance
• Play a critical role in ERP transformation as the organization transitions from SAP to Oracle Fusion
• Partner closely with Finance leadership and understand business requirements
• Translate Finance needs into technical solutions
• Work with IT teams, integrations, and implementation partners
• Set realistic expectations around what can and cannot be done within the system
• Be the face of the ERP implementation between IT and Finance
• Manage challenging Finance stakeholders and professionally push back when needed
• Lead a team of 4 direct reports to start (team may evolve over time)
