About The Position

As an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager at Deloitte, you will lead implementation workstreams, advise client stakeholders, and drive business process transformation using Oracle Cloud Financials. You will help clients define cloud strategies and design and implement solutions aligned with business goals, delivering measurable results. The role involves leading implementation activities, overseeing teams and deliverables, supporting business development, and coaching junior practitioners. The position is available in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Houston, Kansas City, Memphis, Miami, Minneapolis, Nashville, New Orleans, St. Louis, and Tampa. Recruiting for this role ends on 1/31/2027. The role requires an average of 50% travel, based on client and industry needs.

Requirements

• Functional implementation experience with 4 or more complex, full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• 7 or more years of experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules.
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current- and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
• Ability to travel an average of 50%, depending on work and the clients and industries served.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field.
• Ability to work independently while leading collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high-quality, accurate work products.
• Ability to build, manage, and sustain strong professional and client relationships.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams to deliver results aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and a professional executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional and process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identification of opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
• Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
• Support business development activities, including pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
