About The Position

As an Oracle Cloud Financials Manager at Deloitte, you will help clients define cloud strategy, design and implement solutions aligned with business goals, and deliver measurable results. You will lead implementation workstreams, advise client stakeholders, and drive business process transformation enabled by Oracle Cloud Financials. The role includes managing client and project-team interactions, overseeing implementation activities and deliverables, supporting business development, and coaching junior practitioners. The position is available in 14 locations across the United States and recruiting for the role ends on 3/31/2027. The role requires an average of 50% travel, depending on the work and clients served. Compensation is estimated at $134,500–$265,100, with possible eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive program.

Requirements

• Functional implementation experience with at least four complex, full-lifecycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations.
• At least seven years of experience implementing any combination of Oracle Financials modules.
• Experience defining systems strategy, documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, designing current- and future-state business processes, supporting conference room pilots, functional configuration, testing, and user training.
• Ability to travel an average of 50%, based on assigned work and clients served.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Information Systems, or another related field.
• Ability to work independently while leading collaboration across cross-functional teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accurate, high-quality work products.
• Proven ability to build, manage, and sustain professional and client relationships.
• Experience leading projects, workstreams, or teams to deliver results aligned with business objectives.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, and professional executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day interactions with client executives, sponsors, and stakeholders.
• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials implementation workstreams, including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, functional design, process design, prototyping, configuration support, testing, training, and post-go-live support planning.
• Facilitate current-state and future-state process design, including scenario design, process flows, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, controls, and decision-making.
• Manage team members across project activities and provide direction, oversight, and quality review for deliverables.
• Support business development through pursuit participation, proposal development, scope definition, and pricing discussions.
• Coach junior practitioners and contribute to performance development, staffing, recruiting, and retention efforts.
