About The Position

Fluke is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Applications team. The role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT to turn business needs into effective Oracle ERP solutions. It combines hands-on support and continuous improvement of the existing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment with participation in Fluke’s transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The analyst works with stakeholders to understand end-to-end business processes, develop functional requirements and solution designs, support testing and implementation, and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis. The role contributes to Fusion transition activities including current-state discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, future-state process design, testing, data validation, cutover, and stabilization. It also promotes a standard-first approach that uses delivered Oracle capabilities and process improvements where practical. The successful candidate will own assignments from initial business problem through requirements, design, testing, deployment, and stabilization. They will help simplify processes, reduce unnecessary customization and manual work, strengthen controls, and improve the user experience. The position requires working onsite in Fluke’s Everett office Tuesday through Thursday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of Oracle ERP experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable Oracle functional role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably R12.
  • Functional experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, or related end-to-end ERP processes.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Experience supporting solutions through the full lifecycle, including requirements, design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently own assignments and drive issues through resolution.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fluke’s Everett office Tuesday through Thursday.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or SCM.
  • Experience participating in an Oracle EBS-to-Fusion migration or transformation.
  • Functional knowledge spanning both Oracle Finance and Supply Chain.
  • ERP experience in a global manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with Oracle implementations, upgrades, migrations, or major transformation programs.
  • Understanding of ERP integrations, master data, data migration, and reconciliation.
  • Experience working in a SOX-controlled environment.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methods.
  • Experience working with AMS providers, offshore delivery teams, or system implementation partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives, process challenges, requirements, and improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional requirements, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications.
  • Analyze processes end to end, including downstream financial, operational, integration, data, and control impacts of ERP changes.
  • Provide functional support and continuous improvement for Oracle EBS Finance and Supply Chain processes.
  • Investigate production issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions across business teams, internal IT resources, and application support partners.
  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and unnecessary customization, improve controls, and enhance the user experience.
  • Participate in the transition from Oracle EBS to Oracle Fusion Cloud, including current-state discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, future-state process design, requirements, testing, data validation, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Support a standard-first approach to Fusion by using delivered Oracle capabilities and process improvements where practical rather than automatically recreating legacy customizations.
  • Develop end-to-end test scenarios and participate in system integration testing, regression testing, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data mapping, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, and business validation activities for the Fusion transition.
  • Maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and knowledge articles.
  • Manage multiple enhancements, production issues, and project assignments while clearly communicating risks, dependencies, decisions, and status.
  • Work with internal teams, AMS resources, developers, architects, and implementation partners, ensuring knowledge is transferred into the Fluke organization.
  • Take ownership of work from the initial business problem through requirements, solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization.
