About The Position

Fluke is seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Business Systems Analyst to join its Enterprise Applications team. The role partners with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, and IT to translate business needs into effective Oracle ERP solutions. It combines hands-on support and continuous improvement of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with participation in Fluke’s transition to Oracle Fusion Cloud. The successful candidate understands end-to-end business processes and works directly with stakeholders to develop requirements and solution designs, support testing and implementation, simplify processes, and resolve production issues through root-cause analysis. The functional scope includes Finance and Supply Chain processes. Finance areas include Record-to-Report, General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, financial reporting and reconciliation, Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash financial integration, inventory and transaction accounting, and financial controls, approvals, and SOX requirements. Supply Chain areas include purchasing, supplier management, inventory, order management, shipping and fulfillment, warehouse processes, demand and supply planning, item and product master data, intercompany transactions, returns, and Supply Chain costing. The analyst will support Fluke’s EBS environment and contribute across the Fusion transition lifecycle, including current-state discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, future-state design, requirements, testing, data validation, cutover, and stabilization. The role is expected to promote a standard-first approach that uses delivered Oracle capabilities and practical process improvements rather than automatically recreating legacy customizations. Success involves owning work from the initial business problem through solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization, while helping simplify processes, strengthen controls, and create a sustainable ERP environment. The role requires working onsite at Fluke’s Everett office Tuesday through Thursday.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of Oracle ERP experience as a Business Systems Analyst or in a comparable Oracle functional role.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite, preferably R12.
  • Functional experience supporting Finance, Supply Chain, or related end-to-end ERP processes.
  • Demonstrated experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into functional requirements and solution designs.
  • Experience supporting solutions through requirements, design, configuration or development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
  • Experience creating functional specifications, process flows, test scenarios, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Experience with system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to independently own assignments and drive issues through resolution.
  • Ability to work onsite in Fluke’s Everett office Tuesday through Thursday.

  • Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work and unnecessary customization, improve controls, and enhance user experience.
  • Participate in the Oracle EBS-to-Fusion transition, including current-state discovery, fit-to-standard workshops, future-state process design, requirements, testing, data validation, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Promote a standard-first approach to Fusion by using delivered Oracle capabilities and business-process improvements where practical.
  • Develop end-to-end test scenarios and participate in system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Support data mapping, cleansing, migration, reconciliation, and business validation for the Fusion transition.
  • Maintain functional documentation, process flows, configuration documentation, test scenarios, and knowledge articles.
