About The Position

Accenture is seeking an Oracle EPM Delivery Lead/Solution Architect to lead complex Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs. The role provides end-to-end leadership from architecture and design through deployment and stabilization, defining integrated, scalable solutions across Planning, EPCM, Projects/Project Planning, and other applicable EPM capabilities. The position leads functional and technical teams through design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and production transition, and advises client Finance and Technology leadership on solution decisions, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs. The role owns delivery across scope, schedule, resources, risks and issues, dependencies, quality, and major milestones. It also coordinates with EPM, ERP, data, and integration teams to address cross-platform design and delivery dependencies, and supports solutioning, estimation, proposals, staffing, and other Oracle EPM practice activities. Travel may be required and can vary from 0% to 100%, depending on business need and client requirements.

Requirements

At least 8 years of experience with Oracle EPM/Hyperion solutions, including significant experience with Oracle EPM Cloud.
At least 3 years of experience leading complex, enterprise-scale Oracle EPM implementations through the full implementation lifecycle.
At least 3 years of Oracle EPM solution architecture and delivery experience across multiple EPM capabilities.
At least 3 years of experience in Oracle Planning/EPBCS, with experience across additional EPM modules such as EPCM and Project Planning.
At least 3 years of experience designing and delivering integrated EPM solutions involving ERP, financial data, integrations, reporting, and related enterprise systems.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience); alternatively, an Associate's degree with at least 6 years of equivalent work experience.

Nice To Haves

Finance or Accounting degree.
Understanding of the Finance function, particularly Financial Planning & Analysis, including operating models, supporting organization structures, and process best practices.
Significant engagement management experience and experience in business, practice, and people development.
Experience leading a project and a project team of at least 5 resources.
Knowledge of Controllership processes, including technical accounting (GAAP/IFRS standards), accounting operations, month-end close, consolidations, and reporting.
MBA and/or CPA license.

Responsibilities

Lead complex Oracle EPM Cloud transformation programs from architecture and design through deployment and stabilization.
Define the overall EPM solution approach across Planning, EPCM, Projects/Project Planning, and other applicable EPM capabilities, ensuring an integrated and scalable architecture.
Lead functional and technical teams through design, configuration, integrations, testing, deployment, and production transition.
Advise client Finance and Technology leadership on solution decisions, delivery risks, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Own delivery across scope, schedule, resources, risks and issues, dependencies, quality, and major program milestones.
Coordinate across EPM, ERP, data, and integration teams to resolve complex cross-platform design and delivery dependencies.
Support solutioning, estimation, proposals, staffing, and other Oracle EPM practice activities.
