About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud Solution Architect for a long-term engagement. The ideal candidate should have a strong functional and solution architecture background with multiple successful Oracle Cloud implementations.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementation projects as a Solution Architect or Lead Consultant
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Core Human Resources (Core HR)
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Talent Acquisition
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Payroll
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Time and Labor
• Deep cross-functional expertise across Oracle HCM Cloud modules
• Ability to lead solution design workshops
• Ability to define end-to-end architecture
• Ability to provide best practice recommendations
• Strong client-facing communication skills
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience collaborating with business users, technical teams, and implementation partners
