About The Position

We have an opportunity for an Oracle Business Systems Analyst - Order to Cash to join our Oracle Cloud Applications team, reporting to Director of IT. In this pivotal role, you will bring strategic Oracle Cloud experience to build and deliver complex solutions that optimize Order-to-Cash processes and support connected Record-to-Report outcomes across our finance systems landscape. Collaborating closely with technical teams, Order Management, Shipping & Logistics, Revenue, and other business partners, you will design, configure, and implement scalable Oracle Finance and SCM solutions while applying AI-enabled tools and automation to improve efficiency, insights, and decision support. This is a hybrid work schedule with two days a week in either the Tacoma, Santa Clara or Burnaby BC office.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud, including implementation, enhancements, upgrades, and support
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud and SCM Cloud modules with a primary focus on Order-to-Cash
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable functional designs and technical specifications
  • Proficiency with SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI for reporting, troubleshooting, reconciliation, and data migration
  • Experience supporting testing, release management, production support, and financial close activities
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills in a dynamic environment
  • Must be located on the West Coast, with preferred locations in the Seattle metro area, Vancouver, BC, or Santa Clara
  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, business, or a related field

  • Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services
  • Process knowledge in Procure-to-Pay, General Ledger, and Oracle Global Trade Management

Responsibilities

  • Design, configure, and deliver Order-to-Cash initiatives that meet business objectives
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications
  • Identify automation, efficiency, and best-practice opportunities across the O2C cycle
  • Apply AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, exception analysis, testing quality, and team productivity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-application teams to implement new capabilities effectively
  • Develop and execute unit, integration, and UAT test plans to validate quality and business readiness
  • Manage defect resolution and support deployment of ERP changes during releases and maintenance cycles
  • Provide day-to-day application support and support financial close activities during month-end, year-end, and quarterly cycles
  • Use SQL, OTBI, BI Publisher, and FBDI to troubleshoot issues, validate data, and support reporting needs
