About The Position

The IT Enterprise Business Systems Analyst (BSA) II is an intermediate-level role responsible for enterprise system implementations, enhancements, and issue management. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing system workflows, leading testing efforts, and troubleshooting system issues to ensure seamless operations and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4–5 years of hands-on experience configuring and supporting Oracle EBS R12
• Strong experience in Finance modules: Accounts Receivable (AR) Accounts Payable (AP) Fixed Assets General Ledger (GL) Cash Management
• Ability to troubleshoot system issues and perform root cause analysis
• Experience translating business requirements into workflows, system designs, and user stories
• Experience leading testing efforts, including UAT and regression testing
• Strong collaboration with developers and business stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Monitor, track, and analyze IT issues, incidents, and service disruptions
• Perform configuration changes and system customizations
• Act as first point of contact for IT system issues
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions
• Gather and translate business requirements into system designs and workflows
• Analyze data flows and develop integration and mapping strategies
• Collaborate with developers on system customizations
• Develop and execute test plans (functional and regression)
• Manage change requests, releases, and stakeholder communications
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) efforts
