The Oracle Business Support Analyst, General Ledger, is responsible for providing centralized support for the Oracle General Ledger (GL) and Oracle Accounting Hub Cloud Service (AHCS) modules. This role partners closely with business and technical teams to develop a clear and accurate understanding of business drivers, enabling informed decision-making and execution of business strategies. The analyst plays a key role in supporting production processes by working closely with business users and system owners, tracking and resolving support tickets, and assisting with system enhancements. Contribute to user training and testing activities to ensure successful system performance and adoption. This role requires a solid foundation in financial and operational business processes, along with working knowledge of enterprise financial systems and related technical processes. In addition, this role involves providing guidance and oversight to an intern. The analyst will support the intern’s daily responsibilities, assist with task prioritization, and contribute to their professional development through ongoing coaching and feedback.
