About The Position

Fayetteville Public Works Commission is seeking an Oracle Application Analyst (C2M/CCS) to support, maintain, and enhance enterprise utility applications, including Oracle Utilities Customer to Meter (C2M) and Customer Cloud Service (CCS). This role ensures reliable system performance while supporting customer service and billing operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree + 3 years of application support experience OR Associate degree + 7 years experience OR High school diploma + 11 years experience
Experience supporting enterprise applications in a production environment
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Understanding of SDLC and change management processes
Strong communication and documentation skills required
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, including extended computer-based work.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Oracle Utilities C2M, CCS, or CIS platforms
Knowledge of utility billing and meter-to-cash processes
Experience with integrations, APIs, or SaaS/cloud applications
Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
Experience with testing, upgrades, and release management

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Utilities C2M/CCS applications
Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve system and application issues
Configure and maintain application functionality
Support integrations, APIs, batch processes, and interface monitoring
Execute system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Assist with upgrades, patches, and change management processes
Develop and maintain system documentation and knowledgebase materials
Partner with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
Generate reports and support data extraction using queries
Support customer service, billing, and meter-to-cash processes
