About The Position

The Oracle Application Developer Intern supports the development and enhancement of Oracle-based applications by creating technical solutions, assisting with coding, testing, debugging, and system integrations, and collaborating with team members on application improvements. This role provides hands-on experience with Oracle EBS, database technologies, technical documentation, code reviews, and enterprise system support while contributing to business and technology initiatives. In this role you will: Develop technical solutions that meet business requirements based on functional designs Provide technical specifications, unit test plans and installation plans for new systems or enhancements Perform problem analysis, coding, unit testing and debugging Coordinate with team members to work on solutions and perform code reviews Develop advanced solutions in Oracle EBS and related technologies and tools Develop file and database structures, interfaces between internal and external systems Provide third-tier user support during installation and end-user training Design forms, reports, data collection, processing and control procedures for assigned systems

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Must be a current student pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or higher from an accredited college or university in Computer Science Engineering, Information Systems Management, Math or Statistics with at least one semester remaining upon start of the internship
  • Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
  • Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
  • Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
  • Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
  • Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AI-assisted software development or automation
  • Knowledge of prompting techniques to improve output quality
  • Awareness of emerging GenAI capabilities and limitations
