About The Position

The Oracle Application Developer will support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of application software for the Paperless Office System (POS) project, with an emphasis on Oracle database development. This position provides technical contribution across program specification design, stored procedure development, and full lifecycle software implementation. The position will collaborate with developers, database teams, QA staff, and other stakeholders to build secure, reliable, and maintainable database-driven applications.

Requirements

  • A minimum of four (4) years of experience with Oracle 12c/11g, including developing and debugging stored procedures
  • Writing application software, including data analysis and data access
  • Data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing, and implementation
  • Technical and user documentation, and software conversions
  • Exposure to varied environments, including mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, and laptops
  • Leading the design of program specifications and implementation of software solutions
  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on Oracle database development and application software implementation.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and implement application software supporting the Paperless Office System (POS) project.
  • Lead the design of program specifications and the implementation of software solutions.
  • Develop and debug Oracle stored procedures and related database logic.
  • Develop and maintain technical and user documentation, including specifications and conversion records.
  • Work with data structures, data manipulation, and database design across assigned systems.
  • Support software conversions and operate across varied environments, including mainframe, mid-range, personal computers, and laptops.
  • Participate across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with database, QA, and cross-functional teams on implementation activities.
