About The Position

The Environmental Services (EVS) Staff Member provides a clean and safe environment while following safe practices, infection control measures, customer service standards, and departmental policies. The position is responsible for maintaining a clean environment in the surgical area at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This is an on-site role with a 1.0 FTE and 80 standard hours. Shift options are 1:00 p.m.–9:30 p.m. or 2:00 p.m.–10:30 p.m.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of EVS or housekeeping experience.
• Ability to read, write, or understand English and communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff while performing housekeeping duties.

Nice To Haves

• At least 6 months of previous OR support experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
