About The Position

The OR/Surgical Tech will assist in providing nursing care to the surgical patient. This role involves performing scrub duties, assisting in the maintenance of instruments, equipment, and supplies. The Surgical Tech will also assist in the preparation, transportation, and supervision of patients. Strong communication, interpersonal, basic computer, and customer service skills are required, along with a commitment to demonstrating Service Excellence at all times. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Surgical Technologist Certification required
• Current AHA or ARC BLS

Nice To Haves

• 1 year surgical technologist preferred
