About The Position

Barnes‑Jewish Hospital is seeking a dedicated OR Support Tech I to join their dynamic perioperative team. This role is essential to supporting safe, efficient operating room operations while working closely with surgeons, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• No Experience
• Weekday and weekend call rotation
• Holiday rotation

Responsibilities

• Transports patients timely, safely and with proper documents.
• Assists with room turnover. Has necessary equipment gathered, assists with gathering and removing soiled trash, and linen, biohazardous waste.
• Assists with positioning and prepping of patient. Obtains blood and blood products, additional supplies, equipment, instruments as needed during procedure.
• Performs housekeeping duties to assigned areas.
