About The Position

We are seeking an experienced OR Nurse Manager to lead Surgical Services operations within a high-volume acute care hospital setting. This leadership role is responsible for overseeing perioperative departments, ensuring high-quality patient care, and driving operational efficiency. The manager will collaborate closely with senior leadership and interdisciplinary teams to support departmental growth, maintain clinical excellence, and enhance patient outcomes.

Requirements

• Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma required
• Active Tennessee RN License or Compact RN License
• BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in a surgical setting
• Prior leadership experience required (e.g., Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or Lead Nurse)

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Responsibilities
