About The Position

A well-established hospital near Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, is hiring a full-time, permanent Optometry Manager as a direct-hire employee. The manager will oversee staff, develop and monitor budgets, implement practice policies, communicate with administrative staff, and manage inventory by ordering and maintaining supplies. The role also collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives for service delivery and patient satisfaction. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 to 5. Relocation assistance and an eligible bonus are provided. The stated pay range is $90,000–$100,000 per year.

Requirements

Associate's degree in business administration and/or healthcare management.
1–3 years of management experience in a physician's practice or outpatient clinic setting.
Knowledge of eye insurance and medical billing/coding.
