About The Position
A well-established hospital near Oconomowoc, Wisconsin, is seeking a full-time, permanent Optometry Manager. This direct-hire role manages staff, develops and monitors budgets, implements practice policies, and communicates with administrative staff. The manager collaborates with senior leadership on strategic initiatives for service delivery and patient satisfaction, and manages inventory by ordering and maintaining supplies. Relocation assistance and an eligible bonus are provided. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 7 to 5.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in business administration and/or healthcare management.
- 1–3 years of management experience in a physician's practice or outpatient clinic setting.
- Knowledge of eye insurance, medical billing, and coding.
