About The Position

A growing optometry practice is seeking an optometrist for a part-time Saturday position. The role offers full-scope optometry and comprehensive eye care services in a collaborative, supportive environment, with opportunities to expand clinical skills and make a meaningful impact on patients’ vision and eye health. Services include comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams and fittings, LASIK consultations, and screenings for ocular diseases such as cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.

Requirements

• Valid state optometry license or in the process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess patients’ vision and eye health.
• Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
• Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Collaborate with the team to support exceptional patient care and a positive work environment.
