About The Position

A growing optometry practice is seeking a dedicated optometrist to provide full-scope, comprehensive eye care in a supportive, collaborative environment. The position is described as part-time, working Monday and Saturday. The practice’s services include comprehensive eye exams, contact lens exams and fittings, LASIK consultations, and screening for ocular diseases. Providers can expand their clinical skills while supporting patients’ vision and overall eye health.

Requirements

• Hold a valid state optometry license or be in the process of obtaining one.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye exams to assess patients’ vision and eye health.
• Provide contact lens exams and fittings tailored to individual patient needs.
• Offer LASIK consultations and evaluate patients for surgical eligibility.
• Screen for ocular diseases, including cataracts, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and diabetic retinopathy.
• Collaborate with the team to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to a positive work environment.
