About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist for an established outpatient community health organization in Madera, California. This is a mission-driven outpatient eye care practice serving patients of all ages. The role involves performing comprehensive eye examinations, diagnosing and managing ocular conditions, and prescribing corrective lenses. The Optometrist will collaborate with an experienced multidisciplinary healthcare team, seeing an average of 18-20 patients per day for a balanced clinical workload. The position offers clinical autonomy while making a meaningful community impact.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED
• Active California Optometry License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Strong Patient-Centered Communication Skills REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
