About The Position

Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring an Optometrist for an established outpatient community health organization in Los Banos, California. This is a mission-driven role where you will join a team dedicated to serving patients of all ages. You will perform comprehensive eye examinations, diagnose and manage ocular conditions, and prescribe corrective lenses. The role offers clinical autonomy and the opportunity to make a meaningful community impact, with an average of 18-20 patients per day for a balanced workload.

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry (OD) Degree REQUIRED
• Active California Optometry License Or Ability To Obtain REQUIRED
• Strong Patient-Centered Communication Skills REQUIRED

• Experience Managing Acute And Chronic Eye Conditions Preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye examinations
