About The Position

Eagle Vision Eye Care is seeking a well-rounded, California-licensed Optometrist to join their team. This is a full-time opportunity where you will focus on patient care in an innovative environment and collaborate with other talented professionals. The practice specializes in ocular diseases, pediatric eye care, ortho-k lenses, and specialty contact lenses, offering a large selection of trendy eyewear and the latest in contact lens technology. You will provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages and visual and medical conditions, educate patients about their ocular health, and recommend vision-enhancing products. The role utilizes advanced diagnostic technology, including Optos and fundus photography, in a modern, state-of-the-art, cloud-based, paperless environment with electronic medical records. A highly trained staff will support you throughout examinations.

Requirements

California-licensed Optometrist
Doctor of Optometry degree, O.D., including Third Party Administrator (TPA) certificate of licensure
1-3 years of clinical practice experience with current knowledge of Optometric technology and practices
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong management, leadership, and organizational skills
Strong business aptitude, self-discipline, and ability to deliver outstanding patient service
Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in the performance of his/her job duties
