About The Position

Carroll Eye Care is a growing, physician-owned, full-scope optometric practice seeking a compassionate and motivated optometrist to join their team. They are hiring for either a full-time or part-time position. This practice offers the opportunity to utilize advanced training and technology, supported by a collaborative team, in a modern, technology-driven office committed to clinical excellence. The practice intentionally schedules 30-minute comprehensive exams to allow doctors time for thorough, personalized care and building patient relationships.

Requirements

• Compassionate and motivated optometrist
• Ability to practice full-scope optometry
• Interest in pediatrics and vision therapy is beneficial but not required
• Residency training is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive eye examinations
• Diagnosis and treatment of ocular disease
• Dry eye management
• Specialty contact lenses, including scleral lenses
• Co-management of cataract and refractive surgery patients
• Practice full-scope medical and primary eye care
