About The Position

This opportunity offers a base salary of $150,000+ in your first year, with a lucrative production bonus (17% of production, paid quarterly, year 2+). You can choose between full-time (40 hours/week) or part-time (24 hours/week, minimum 3 days/week) flexibility. The role includes quarterly bonuses and pathways to partnership/ownership after 3 years. A signing bonus and relocation assistance are also considered. The practice is equipped with high-tech, fully equipped lanes featuring OCT, Optomap, Neurolens, Myopia Master, IPL, Emface, and more. You will be supported by a dedicated staff including 4-5 techs, remote scribes, 4 opticians, and robust remote phone/billing teams. Requirements
- Licensed OD in Utah (required)
- Ideally, 1-2 years' experience, but new grads are encouraged to apply!
- Passion for delivering patient-centered care

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive vision and eye health exams (typically 2 per hour, plus progress or CL checks)
- Deliver outstanding, personalized care that makes a great first (and lasting!) impression
- Collaborate with techs, scribes, and opticians for seamless patient experiences
- Leverage advanced tech and ongoing training to support best-in-class outcomes
