About The Position
Physicians Eyecare Group is hiring a Doctor of Optometry to provide patient-centered eye care in an in-store setting. The optometrist conducts comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology, both onsite and through the company’s patented hybrid platform; diagnoses ocular conditions; develops personalized treatment plans; and educates patients on preventive eye care. The role requires maintaining state licensure and malpractice insurance. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available across the company’s 26 state locations. Requirements
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree.
- Licensed in the state where practicing and open to obtaining additional licensure as needed.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive eye exams using innovative technology onsite and through the patented hybrid platform.
- Diagnose ocular conditions and create personalized treatment plans.
- Educate patients on preventive eye care, including regular annual eye exams, sun protection for eye health, proper contact lens care, and wearing glasses with a current prescription.
- Maintain all necessary state licensure and malpractice insurance.
- Represent the company’s values within the organization and in the community.
